Installation & Sign-in

Requirements

• macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 or later), or Windows 10 or later on a 64-bit x86 processor. Intel Macs are not supported.
• 8 GB of RAM minimum, 16 GB recommended.
• 1 GB of free disk space.
• An AtlasEQ account.
• An internet connection (AtlasEQ works with live regulatory and market data).

Install

macOS

1. Download the latest AtlasEQ release for macOS.
2. Open the downloaded app and move it to your Applications folder.
3. Launch AtlasEQ. On first launch, macOS verifies the app. This is normal and happens only once.

Windows

1. Download the latest AtlasEQ release for Windows.
2. Run the installer and follow the prompts.
3. Launch AtlasEQ from the Start menu.

Sign in

AtlasEQ requires an account. On the login screen, enter your username and password.

• If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, you'll be asked for a verification code from your authenticator app.
• Use the Documentation, FAQ, and support links at the bottom of the login window if you need help.

You sign in each time

AtlasEQ does not keep you signed in between launches. You'll sign in (and complete 2FA if it's enabled) each time you open the app.

Staying up to date

AtlasEQ checks for updates on launch and can also be checked manually in Settings → Updates. When a new version is available, it downloads, verifies, and relaunches automatically. See Settings.
