Filings

The Filings view lets you browse a company's regulatory filings and read them inline, without leaving the app.

What you'll see

  • A filing list (newest first) showing each filing's type, date, and identifier.
  • Filter buttons for the form types the company has actually filed.
  • A document viewer that displays the selected filing's primary document.

What you can do

  • Click a filing to open it in the viewer.
  • Filter by form type using the buttons at the top.
  • Load earlier filings to fetch older history on demand.
  • Search within the open document.

Form types you may see

  • US companies — annual (10-K), quarterly (10-Q), current events (8-K), insider transactions (Forms 3/4/5), institutional holdings (13F), activist ownership (SC 13D/G), and proxy statements.
  • Foreign companies — annual (20-F) and interim (6-K) reports.
